About Zach

founder of Thrive Tactics

History

I first got into sales because traveling and meeting new people is a passion of mine.

I was originally a criminal justice major looking to go into investigations, but quickly found sales was my true calling.

I quickly found the two share a lot of similarities and this has helped me more than any other degree would.

experience

Over the past 5 years I’ve helped my current team manage 30MM worth of customer sales

Built a customer service relations team, and sales team.

Traveled to 10+ trade shows yearly

Visited 6 different countries

Worked with 5000+ brands and better educated them with their craft

Passion for the game

I’m eager to help brands better their sales team, and help build confidence.

My first year in sales I sold $880k worth of product off pure cold calls and emails.

My job is to simplify, connect, and grow your sales, and team.

I have a passion to help others find their right tactics, and thrive off that success.

Why was Thrive Tactics founded?

To create a better sales experience for all of those involved

The biggest issue in todays sales teams are the following:

  • Education & Product Knowledge: Failure to properly educate your team members about your company and products.

  • Communication: Fear of speaking to clients in day to day activities

  • Leadership: Conflict with management and transparency regarding duties and goals

  • Strategy: Having a guideline to follow in certain situations, and continuously growing those guidelines.
